OVERVIEW

The old product page was not mobile friendly and the site architecture made it difficult for users to know what product types were available. 

For example, this popular "Garden Lights" design was printed on multiple product types (Signature cards, postcards, etc.) but were scattered across different product pages.

Given our customer's high interest in customizing their cards to match their personal style as well as concerns around price, this problem became a hindrance to conversion and led many people to call customer support for help.
