Project: A faster, updated, and more user-friendly interface for professionals to answer customer questions.
User: Professionals on Pearl.com
Goal: Improve the ease of use of the page and create a UI that encourages professionals to have more back and forth conversations with the customer.
Solution: Designed a page with a fluid layout with collapsible features, dynamic updates, and mimics a chat-like interface.
Project/Problem: Professionals need visibility into their quality performance.
User: Professionals on Pearl.com.
Goal: Inspire and incentivize professionals to deliver excellent quality service to customers.
Solution: Create a personal dashboard for each professional which displays his or her performance metrics in each category.
Project/Problem: The question list is a dynamic page from which professionals select questions to answer. Given the high volume of questions that come in, the professionals have a hard time finding questions that suit their expertise.
User: Professionals on Pearl.com
Goal: Create an easier way for professionals to find questions to answer.
Solution: Designed filters and a search functionality for the question list. Professionals can filter by category as well as which partner site they want to view.
